A peaceful family friendly camping and touring site that is part of the Langholm Rugby Club, surrounded by woodland with the Ewes Water river alongside.
There are grass pitches and hardstanding pitches with EcoGrid bases, used as permeable paving. Each pitch allows a maximum of six people with an optional electric hook up and there is plenty of space for all.
Nestled amongst nature, this is an ideal stop off for anyong looking to explore England or Scotland as it is close to the border.
You'll be staying at the foot of the community owned Tarras Valley Nature Reserve, where BBQs, campfires and dogs are all permitted.

From Canonbie: Follow the A7 north for 10 miles through Auchenrivock and then Langholm. Shortly after Langholm, you'll find the campsite on your left.
Onsite there are four female and two male toilets, four free hot showers, a disabled toilet, dishwashing point and laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board.
Langholm town is less than a 10 minute walk away offering a choice of pubs and cafes en route. The town also has various shops for stocking up on food supplies. Whitshiels Cafe is also next door and offers dine in/takeaway options.
